Celebrating 25 years of making a difference.

Miller/Tracy Children's Foundation

The Miller/Tracy Children's Foundation was established in June of 2001. The organization was formed in memory of Elizabeth "Lizzy" Marie Tracy, her aunt, Kimberly Balboni-Miller, and her uncle, Carl "Chip" Miller. In July of 2001, Lizzy, Kim and Chip were returning from the Roger Williams Zoo when they were involved in a tragic motor vehicle accident.

Throughout the year, we receive requests from teachers, resource offices, school staff, and other agencies on behalf of children and families.

These requests can be anything from a new pair of glasses and winter boots, to medical supplies.

Every child deserves the resources to excel.

The Miller/Tracy Children's Foundation, Inc. financially assists families in meeting the needs of their children. The foundation has provided educational and recreational scholarships; holiday meals and gifts; medical support and much more to children in need. The foundation is a registered non-profit organization and has been granted 501(c)3 status.

Specialized Requests
Each year, we provide seniors from Watertown High School and Avon Middle High School with scholarships to help them further their education.

In the past, we have provided scholarships for students pursuing careers in the trades, working towards associates degrees and attending 4 year colleges and universities.

Each summer, we work closely with agencies in the Greater Boston Area to provide 200+ students (Pre-K through 12th grade) with new backpacks, school supplies, clothes, underwear, and shoes.

Families provide request forms, meaning that we purchase items  for each child based on their likes and interests!
